Please provide us with the following documents

  • Apostilled Certificate of Collation or set of corporate documents
  • Apostilled Certificate of Incumbency (not older than 3 months)
  • Apostilled Certificate of Good Standing (not older than 3 months)
  • Notarized copies of UBO and Director’s passports (not older than 3 months)
  • Proof of address of UBO and Director/s, e.g. utility bill etc. (not older than 3 months)
  • Bank reference (of each Director)
  • CV (of each Shareholder and Director)
